Mardi Gras: Smokin’ with Some Barbecue!

I’ll miss the Zulu and Rex parades. I won’t hassle with the drunken mob on Bourbon Street. But I can listen to Kermit Ruffins! I have some beads, a fine Cuban cigar, and spicy andouile sausage from Farmer Dale. I excavated a snow pit for my grill. So, bluntly speaking, I’ll be smokin’ with some barbecue tonight.
